Welcome to the 3 Canyons Ranch Master Homeowners Association (3CR HOA). The HOA serves the 3 Canyons Ranch community located in Hereford, Arizona. 3CR/HOA is managed by volunteer directors and committees who are responsible for many duties, including maintenance of common areas, rule enforcement, and financial oversight. 3CR may employ an outside entity for professional assistance in billing and collections of assessments as well as other legally mandated requirements.

Attention HOA members in our even numbered sections - 20 East, 20 West, 22, 24, 26 & 28 – if you’re interested in running for director in your section, please provide a short bio to
✉️secretary@threecanyonsranch.com so we can include you on the ballot in time for the upcoming April 15 board meeting when ballots are determined. Ballots will go out in time for our annual members meeting Saturday, July 18. If elected, you will serve a 2-year term.

The Speed Limit within 3 Canyons Ranch is 35 MPH. Please drive cautiously. Walkers, bikers, and wildlife share our road.

Remember, HOA annual assessments are due by July 1.

GET INVOLVED
Volunteers are needed for Section Reps, Road, Gate, and Traffic committees. Interested members should contact the ✉️HOA President for details.

ANNUAL HOA MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The next Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for July 18, 2026 @ 0930. Review the ⬇️ANNUAL HOA AGENDA. Finalized agendas are required to be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting. Download the ⬇️2026 ANNUAL MEETING BALLOT for additional information pertaining to the next annual meeting.

HOA BOARD of DIRECTORS MEETING
The HOA Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the third Wednesday of the month in Jan, Apr, and Oct. The July Meeting is combined with the Membership meeting. The next HOA board meeting is scheduled for April 15, 2026 (Wednesday) at 5:30 PM. Review the ⬇️HOA BOD AGENDA. Finalized agendas are required to be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting.
