Speeding
The Speed Limit within 3 Canyons Ranch is 35-mph. Please drive cautiously as kids, walkers, bikers and wildlife share our road. For the safety of our residents, your family, your guests, and your pets, please obey the 35-mph speed limit.
No Hunting in 3 Canyons
Hunting (by any means) and the recreational discharge of firearms and fireworks is prohibited within the boundaries of 3 Canyons HOA. This is per Arizona Revised Statues 17-304 and the 3 Canyons HOA Association Rule 18.
Assessments
HOA annual assessments have always been due by July 1 of each year. Late fees are assessed 15 days past July 1, interest at 18% per annum is assessed 30 days past July 1.
Failure by the US Postal Service to deliver your annual assessment invoice is not a valid reason to be late on payment per CCR 7.12.
