Master Design Committee Schedule & Announcements:
The 3 Canyon Master Design Committee (MDC) generally meets the 2nd Tuesday monthly via ZOOM video teleconference. Members wishing to participate should contact the ✉️MDC CHAIR no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting for connection information. Meetings start at 6PM on the following dates during 2025, but subject to change.

BEFORE YOU DO ***ANYTHING*** ON YOUR PROPERTY
Please contact a member of the MDC as a MDC Project Application may be required. The CC&Rs state that members shall make “No improvements, alterations, repairs, excavation, grading, landscaping or other work which in any way alters the exterior appearance of any property, or the improvements located thereon from its natural or improved state…without the prior approval of the MDC.” Please review Section 4 of the CC&Rs for information on permitted uses and restrictions.
Project applications, whether submitted by email (preferred) or by postal mail, must be received by the MDC Chair no later than one week prior to the scheduled MDC meeting. Only complete applications as specified in the MDC Guidelines (signed MDC Checklist and all required supporting documents) will be added to the MDC Agenda.
MDC Guidelines
Review the guidelines that govern the MDC's processes and decision making HERE. Members who wish to submit a project application shall be the legal property owner, a HOA member in good standing and current on their annual assessments.
NOTES:
Setback requirements as specified in Section 4, paragraph 4.3.4, page 25 of the CC&Rs are strictly enforced.
Private ingress / egress / utility easements are not enforced through the Homeowners’ Association. These private easements shown here are as a member courtesy only, accuracy or errors may occur.
