The 3 Canyon Master Design Committee (MDC) meets monthly via ZOOM video teleconference. Members wishing to participate should contact the no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting for information on how to connect. Meetings are scheduled to begin at 6PM on the following dates during 2024 but are subject to change.

Property Modifications

All MDC applications, whether sent by email or by postal mail, must be received no later than one week prior to the next scheduled MDC meeting in order to be considered. Scheduled MDC monthly meeting dates are listed on the HOA website's main page.

BEFORE YOU DO ***ANYTHING*** ON YOUR PROPERTY, please contact a member of the MDC. The CC&Rs require that any exterior changes to structures (i.e. dimensional changes, elevations, colors, etc.); including, but not limited to: residences, garages, barns, shops, walls, fences, and driveways, must be approved by the MDC prior to construction. Applications received after the deadline will be placed on the meeting agenda for the following month. To obtain approval you must submit the completed MDC Checklist and any necessary supporting documents. You must provide the MDC with current information regarding any construction or other projects you have planned for your property.

In Accordance with Section 4, paragraph 4.3.4, page 25 of the CC&Rs, all setback requirements shall be strictly enforced. Please review Section 4 of the CC&Rs for clarification on construction restrictions.

In order to file an application with the MDC, applicant must be a current HOA member in good standing and current on their annual assessments.

MDC Meetings

Due to the ongoing COVID crises and out of an abundance of caution, MDC meetings may be held remotely via the internet. Persons desiring to participate in remote meetings should contact the for connection instructions.

The MDC will generally meet the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm. Dates, times and locations are subject to change but will be posted at least 48 hours in advance.
